We hope you’re all keeping safe and well in this difficult time.

Our business is still operating and servicing our clients as normal, with some changes to procedure.

We are offering flexible payment plans for people who have been financially affected by COVID-19. If you need to arrange a payment plan, please call us and we are more than happy to help.

At this time, the information from federal and state governments is that it is still okay for those in service industries to go to work. We are doing so, while still obeying the rules regarding social distancing:

• We are doing our best to keep a minimum 1.5m distance from our clients and other residents during our visits. 
• We are sanitising our hands on arrival and frequently during our visits. We also regularly disinfect our tools before bringing them inside. If you want us to wear protective gloves and a face mask, please let us know – we’re happy to do what we can to help you feel safe.
• We ask that if you are unwell or isolating that you tell us before we arrive so that we can either reschedule or arrange for other ways to do our job.

Our office procedures remain largely unchanged. We are a mobile business and are very accustomed to running our business on the road. We have no central office to close up. We already have cloud-connected services in place and our business is not largely paper-based.

At the moment we are not experiencing any supply problems. Our suppliers are still trading and we have plenty of stock of our most common chemistry and products to do our job.
